We all understand that motorsports and recreational vehicles are dangerous and risky, just as is life in general. Building, Modifying, and tuning any vehicle with other than factory approved parts can endanger your safety. The purchaser or ultimate user understands and recognizes that racing parts, specialized off road equipment, and all other parts and services sold by us are exposed to many and varied conditions due to the manner in which they are installed and used. We make no warranties either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, other than those contained on our current website with respect to the goods identified on the face of the invoice. We shall not be liable to the purchaser, ultimate user or third party for any damages arising out of the purchase, installation, recommendation or use of any product or combination of products. There is no warranty expressed or implied as to whether the goods sold hereby will protect the purchaser or ultimate user of such goods from injury or death.

Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of the receiving the original item and is intended to cover wrong items ordered. In order to return an item, contact Risk Taker Products to obtain an RMA number. A full credit will be issued, minus all shipping fees, when a replacement order has been placed and the original item has been received. Original item must be returned within 15 days of the RMA number being issued. Full credit may not be issued if the difference in price between the original item and the replacement item exceeds $500.00 USD. Under these conditions, a 5% processing fee of the value of the original item may be applied. A cancellation of an order prior to shipment is still subject to a 5% processing fee of the original amount if the value of the order is over $500.00 USD. Items are only eligible if they are unused. It is the sole discretion of Risk Taker Products to determine if an item is used or not. Used items are not eligible for exchange and will be returned to the customer. Return shipping costs for all exchanges is the sole responsibility of the customer and are non refundable. Special and/or custom designed products are not eligible for exchange.

Free shipping applies to designated items and United States domestic destinations excluding Alaska and Hawaii. Additional items may incur a shipping charge.

Purchasers and users of products produced by Risk Taker Products shall fully indemnify, hold harmless and defend its directors, officers, employees, agents, stockholders and affiliates from and against all claims, demands, actions, suits, damages, liabilities, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees and costs), whether or not involving a third party claim, which arise out of or relate to any act or omission, misuse or negligence of the purchased products.

This site may contain links to other sites on the Internet that are owned and operated by third parties. You acknowledge that we’re not responsible for the operation of or content located on or through any such site.

We accept money orders, cashier’s checks, personal checks, and company checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier’s check. For personal and company checks, please allow up to 10 banking days after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is processed. We cannot guarantee the availability of a product by the time funds clear or payment is received. We will charge a $35 fee on all returned checks.

For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Risk Taker Products reserves the right at any time after receipt of an order to accept or decline the order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Risk Taker Products signs them or not. By submitting a purchase order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth by Risk Taker Products. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship the same day if ordered by 2:00PM MTN, or by the next business day if your order is received after this time and for orders received on Saturday, Sunday or any major holiday. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

We will gladly accept the return of products for exchange that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unopened and unused products may be returned within 30 days for refund minus a 15% restocking fee. It is the sole discretion of Risk Taker Products to determine if an item has been used or not. Used items are not eligible for refund and will be returned to the customer. Shipping costs for all returns is the sole responsibility of the customer and are non refundable. Special and/or custom designed products are not eligible for return.

Shipping Time – Most orders received before 2:00PM PST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Most orders received after 2:00PM PST will ship the next business day. We make every effort to ship orders before the cut off time however, higher volume days may delay shipping by one business day. Orders are also processed in order of the selected shipping speed. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Risk Taker Products or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

International shipping will need to be quoted.

Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Colorado. For orders shipped to other states, Risk Taker Products does not collect sales tax and the purchasing company or individual is solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes due.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Pierson Work holding shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Pierson Work holding shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Pierson Work holding shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
